About us

Our team CULS Prague formula racing was founded by the students of the Faculty of Enginering at the Czech University of Life Sciences in Prague in 2011 under the old name Rebels Racing. Today we participate with the new name in the international engineering competition Formula Student.

The original team consisted of 13 members, now there’s tens of students in bachelor’s and master’s degree. Together we form four groups – Management, Marketing, Development and Production. Most of us study at the Faculty of Engineering but our members can be found at any ČZU faculty! Management, Marketing, Development and Production. The first season of the Formula Student competition that our team attended was in 2012. The biggest accomplishment for our debut monopost Saturn VI was 14th place in the Endurance discipline.

So far our best results within Formula Student have been 2nd place in Accelaration in FS Czech and 3rd place in Endurance v FS Alpe Adria with the car FS.07 Fighter in the 2022 season. In terms of the static disciplines it’s 3rd place in EDR and 2nd place in Cost and Manufacturing in FS ATA Italy in the 2023 season.

We recruit new members regularly, students who want to gain experience not only in the engineering but in project management as well.
